AIBC Summit announced that Dubai would host its inaugural summit. The AIBC UAE will take place in May and will feature the best-emerging technologies and innovations

AIBC has announced the launch of its inaugural summit, AIBC UAE. According to the company’s press release, the event will take place in Dubai from 25th to 26th May 2021. The first AIBC Summit will be held at the InterContinental Festival Arena Dubai and feature some of the world’s leading emerging technologies and innovations.

Live events have been on hold for the best part of a year since the Coronavirus pandemic broke out at the start of 2020. However, we are slowly returning to normalcy, and AIBC wants to mark it by hosting its first summit of the year.

The AIBC UAE will bring together key brands and individuals from the emerging technology sectors of artificial intelligence (AI), blockchain, Internet of Things (IoT) and quantum tech. The individuals and brands would discuss ways to shape the future of the emerging technologies.

The individuals would be an elite selection of delegates, policymakers and thought leaders from across the globe. Eman Pulis, Founder of AIBC, is excited with this latest development as he believes Dubai gives them the perfect opportunity to unite experts from the West and East.

“This is the life and soul of AIBC – creating an environment where connections are made with little to no effort, and everybody returns home with a smile on their face – all whilst being safe from COVID,” he added.

The organisers are already working on a number of conference topics that will interest everyone. Dubai is an excellent location because of the local government’s continuous effort to promote innovation and emerging technologies.

Dr. Marwan Alzarouni, a Managing Partner at Accelliance and CEO of Dubai Blockchain Center, expressed his delight that the summit is coming to Dubai. He said, “The UAE is open for business. Dubai Blockchain Center continues to play a pivotal role in connecting the blockchain eco-system both locally and on a global stage.”

AIBC is slated to hold several seminars in various parts of the world, including Africa, Europe, Asia and the Americas. However, most of the summits will be held later this year or in 2022 as the pandemic restricts these types of events.

Dubai has performed exceptionally in curtailing the virus. Vaccination rollouts are underway, and there is strict border control, ensuring that residents don’t have to worry about Coronavirus. The city’s handling of the virus is the reason why it was chosen to be the location for the first AIBC Summit.
